The students had a fun time during our math lesson this week. They are learning about subtraction so we all played a story game. In groups the students got into a “boat” and traveled to another country. Along the way there were storms, sea monsters, and other problems that stopped some of the students from getting to their destination and were taken off the boat. We would write the math problems on the board after every scenario.
今週のMathレッスンではゲームをしながらとても楽しく引き算の学習をしました！
何人かのお友達がボートに乗り、目的地を決め海を渡ります！（ハワイが人気でした✨）ところが船は航海の途中で嵐や海の怪物に襲われてしまい、何人かのお友達はボートから降ろされ目的地に辿り着く事が出来ません。果たして何人のお友達が目的地に辿り着く事が出来たのか、ホワイトボードに数を書きながら考えました。
また、別の日にはボーリングをしながら10本のピンから倒れた数のピンを引き、ピンが何本残っているか計算をしました！
Milky Way is finishing Line Of Inquiry 2 this week and had their presentations. The beginning of the week they were preparing and then the end of the week they presented. They have made great improvements from their first presentations from Unit 1 to now. Unit 1 they needed a lot of help for what they were going to say but this unit no one needed help and we were able to enjoy the presentations all together.
今週でLOI２の探求が締めくくりになります！
LOI２最後のまとめとして、プレゼンテーションを行いました✨今週の始めから準備を開始し、金曜日に発表をしました！
Milky Wayになってから初めて行ったUnit１のプレゼンテーションと比べると、とても成長を感じるプレゼンテーションとなりました！！
Unit１ではプレゼンテーションの最中に先生の助けが必要でしたが、今回のプレゼンテーションでは一人で最初から最後までやり切る事が出来、私達もとての楽しんでプレゼンテーションを聞くことができました♩
フォニックスのレッスンでは、過去形の”ed”の音について学習をしました！
“ed”には３つの音がある事を学び、音をグループ分けするゲームを行いました♩
ラケットをギターにして弾いていて、思わず笑ってしまいました✨
