The school year is almost over and the students are getting more and more excited as the year comes to a close. There were a lot of last classes this week.今年度も間もなく終了が近づき、子供達も日に日にワクワクしてきました。今週は、沢山のレッスンが終わりになりました。
Monday was the last swimming class as Savanna students. Wednesday was the last gym class as Savanna students as well. Things are starting to wrap up and the excitement is building.月曜日は、今年度最後のスイミングレッスンがありました。水曜日は、最後のジムレッスンがありました。色々な事が終了となり、ワクワク感が強くなりはじめました。
Tuesday we walked to a different park that we usually go to on Fridays. We also left in the morning because the forecast said it would rain in the afternoon so better safe than sorry. It was a lot of fun!火曜日は、いつも行く公園ではなく、金曜日に行く公園へと足を伸ばしました。しかも、午後のお天気が崩れる予報の為、午前中に行きました。とても楽しい公園時間を過ごしました。
Math has been so much fun. This week the students drew patterns on fish and hung them on the wall. We related the activity back to the book “The Rainbow Fish” which the students enjoy reading occasionally.今週の数の時間はとても楽しい活動をしました。魚の形をしたワークシートに子供達がパターンを作り、描きました。廊下に展示していますので、ご覧ください。この活動は、クラスでよく読んでいたレインボーフィッシュという本に関連づけて楽しみました。
