With the end of the school year approaching quickly, we have been very busy in class. We’ve been doing assessments and gradation practices, along with many other activities.
Monday we had music class where the students learned a new note. They are now practicing Doe, Re, and Mi.
オーロラさんとして生活するのは残り数週間になりました。最後のアセスメントを行ったり、卒園式の練習を行ったりと忙しい毎日を過ごしています。
月曜日はミュージックレッスンでド・レ・ミまでの音をひく練習をしました。親指、人差し指、中指を使ってドレミをひき、その後ミレドと逆にひきました。長さの違う3本の指でひくのはなかなか難しかったようです。手を丸めてひけるようお家でも練習してみて下さい。
Tuesday the students learned about being more independent and getting ready to leave school all by themselves when the school day is over. After that, they all went to the park and had a good time!
火曜日は今月の生活目標について話をしました。スクールに登園する時また降園する時、自分でジャケットを着て、バックパックを背負うよう目標を立てました。もうすぐシューティングスタークラスに進級するオーロラさんは、自分で自分の事が出来るようになりました。お母さんやお父さんに荷物を持ってもらうのではなく、自分たちで出来る力があります。送迎の際、自分でバックパックを背負って歩いて登園することが出来るように、保護者の皆様にもご協力をお願い致します。
この日は公園に歩いて出掛けました。
Wednesday was the last gym class with the gym teacher until next school year. It was a fun class with lots of activities.
Thursday was a special day for two reasons. First, we had a new teacher with us from the Nagano campus. The students had fun with Mr. Kevin. Second, we had the graduation practice. They students did a wonderful job saying their lines and sitting nicely the whole time. In the afternoon we went to the park. After getting back we had a short lesson about St. Patrick’s Day.
水曜日は今年度最後の体操教室がありました。今回は小さな跳び箱をジャンプしてまたぐ練習をしました。その他たくさん体を動かす活動をしました。
木曜日は特別なことが２つありました。１つ目は長野キャンパスから新しい先生が来てオーロラさんと一緒に過ごしました。みんなMr. Kevinの事大好きになりました！２つ目は卒園式のリハーサルを行ったことです。練習をした台詞をとても上手に言うことができ、またリハーサルの間上手に座っていられることが出来ました。Good job!!
午後には公園に歩いて行きました。公園から戻ってから「聖パトリックの祭日」についてレッスンをしました。
Friday was the birthday party. All the ISN students had a fun time with Mr. Daniel reading a story and singing the birthday song to the students. After that we finished some more assessments and then went to the park.
For the afternoon routine we have been studying numbers. Before they go to Shooting Star, they need to be able to count all the way to 50. We’ve been having fun counting with different activities.
金曜日は３月生まれのお友達の誕生日会がありました。Mr.Danielに本を読んでもらったり、３月生まれのお友達にバースデーソングを歌ったりして楽しみました。その後アセスメントを少し行ってから公園に行きました。
午後のサークルタイムに引き続き数字の学習をしています。５０までの数を数えられるよう様々な活動で数を数えています。
