It’s real summer time!本格的な夏が始まりました！
For this week, we started our activity with water playing at the school pool. Aside from the toys we used to play in the water, we also integrate sea animals in our play by putting the different sea animals in the pool and we picked them up and named them one by one. We also had our swimming lesson at the Central pool. As usual, our dear little ones had fun making bubbles, splashing in the water, and jumping in the water with the instructor’s assistance.
今週は、スクールプールでの水遊びから始まりました。水遊び用のオモチャを少し端に置いておき、水遊びと今月のトピックを融合させたアクティビティーをしました。色々な種類のsea animalsをお水に浮かべて拾い上げてからその名前を言う、という活動を楽しみました。火曜日はセントラルへのスイミングがありました。インストラクターの先生の言うことをよく聞き、お水でブクブクをしたり、バシャバシャと水しぶきを上げたり、お水の中でジャンプをするというような活動を楽しみました。
Our Music Class was full of fun too. We loved singing the action song, “The Sailor Went to Sea” and “You Are My Sunshine”. We clapped and sang together.
ミュージッククラスも沢山の楽しみがありました。 “The Sailor Went to Sea”や “You Are My Sunshine”という曲を、ダンスと共に楽しみました。クラッピングでリズム取りをしたり、一緒にお歌も歌いました。
For our class lesson, we are still working on counting and recognizing numbers 1-10. We usually count the numbers of friends we have in Rainbow to practice counting even more than 10. In one of our lessons in Mathematics this week, we sang the Ten Little Monkeys jumping on the bed. We counted the number of monkeys and pointed the said number on the board. We also continue reviewing the alphabet, K to O. We are proud for our little ones because they pride in participating in our lesson everyday.
クラスレッスンでは、1から10までの数を引き続き学んでいます。また、毎朝ルーティンにてレインボーにいるお友達の数を数え、10以上の数字にも触れています。今週の数のレッスンでは、Ten Little Monkeys jumping on the bed♪と歌い、Monkeyの数を数え、正しい数字を選んで言う、という活動をしました。またアルファベットではK からOを復習しました。一人一人がレッスンに興味を持って取り組んでいる姿は素晴らしいです。
