The Project B Class learns about Oz and Californye-A

The Project B class has been up to quite a lot recently–mostly California dreamin’ and analyzing one of the Antipodes.  The students have been studying maps and geography, and we’ve looked at the states, major cities, and geographical features of the U.S., along with the provinces and the biggest metropolises of the Great White North. The class has also been studying the geography of Australia, looking at maps of the country and finding its largest cities and awe-inspiring topographical points. We did some word searches, colored some flags, and learned some quick facts about these amazing places. The students focused on one of the more well-known states in the U.S. because . . . well . . . California is the place you ought to be, so we loaded up the truck and we moved to Beverly (Hills, that is–swimming pools, movie stars).
The Project B
