This week the students came to school every day and we started the schedule that was planned before we adapted for Google Meet.
今週から全員そろって通常登校が始まりました。休校期間中のグーグルミートを使ったオンライン授業前の日課に戻りました。
The Grade 4 students joined standalone lessons of Science, History and Geography with Mr Igor. The Grade 3 students joined standalone lessons with Mr Darryl. They had time to improve their English listening, speaking and writing. They read a book, wrote information about the story and presented it to the other students.
グレード4のみんなはサイエンス・歴史・地理の授業はG5/6/7のクラスに入りイゴール先生とG5/6/7の生徒と一緒に学んでいます。グレード3のみんなはMr.Darrylと一緒にスタンドアロンレッスンを行っています。英語のリスニング・スピーキング・ライティングを上達するために、各自で本を読み、その本から得た情報を書いて、クラスメートに発表するという課題に取り組みました。
We started the second Unit of Inquiry this week. The students shared what they knew about the Central Idea. They explored the classroom for photographs about the Unit and responded to them. They worked in pairs to create a Frayer Model. They researched using the dictionary and the Internet for answers to student’s questions related to how AI is used.
今週から今年度2つ目のユニットに取り組みました。セントラルアイディアについて知っていることをクラスメートに共有しました。各自で教室内に貼った写真を見ながら質問に答えていきました。AIがどのように使われているかについての質問に対して、辞書やインターネットを使って、ペアのお友だちと調べたことをフライヤーモデルを埋めながら回答していました。
