In this week, the first graders did our last experiment which was the, “Taste Bud Mapping”. As Scientists, we wanted to know how taste buds work and through our experiment we have figured out which parts of our tongue are sensitive to four kinds of tastes; sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
Taste buds are sensory organs that are found on our tongue and allow us to experience tastes that are sweet, salty, sour, and bitter. They are called papillae, and most of them contain taste buds.
こんにちは。皆さん、素敵な秋をお過ごしのことと思います。今週は、今回のユニットの最後の実験（味覚の仕組み調べ）を行いました。科学者になり、味蕾の仕組みと、舌のどの部分が甘み、酸味、塩味、苦味の4種類の味に敏感なのかを調べました。味蕾は舌にある小さな感覚器官で、甘み、酸味、塩味、苦味を感じることのできる器官です。舌乳頭と呼ばれ、味蕾はこの舌乳頭に集まっています。
We have been preparing for the Science Fair. The first graders made their own invitation card for their parents. We also made our own booth showing our hypothesis, procedure, materials, and drawings.
来週のサイエンスフェアの準備も行ってきました。ご家族の皆さんへ招待状を作りました。仮説、手順、材料、スケッチなどブースに展示するポスターを作成しました。9日、10日 10時~11時にサイエンスフェアを行いますので、ご都合宜しければお越しください！
We went to the mountain at the back of the shrine for our P.E lesson . Everyone enjoyed jogging there.
体育の授業では、スクール近くの神社の裏山へ行きました。それから、皆でジョギングを楽しみました。
