Hello everyone,
Rainbow students are enjoying their lesson about sea animals. Students figured out where the sea animals live and we decided to make a craft. They painted the paper plate blue for the sea and thread with yarn for the water and stuck it on the sea animal. They are getting familiar with the sea animals names and we tried some activities to test their knowledge. We did the fishing activity and students could say the sea animals’ names they caught.

レインボーの子ども達は海の生き物についての探求を楽しんでいます。海の生物がどこに生息しているかを知り、クラフトを作ることにしました。海を表すために紙皿を青く塗り、水を表すために糸を巻いて（最後に好きな海の動物をその海に）貼り付けました。子ども達は海の生き物の名前に慣れてきており、私たちは彼らの知識を試すいくつかのアクティビティを行いました。釣りのアクティビティでは、自分で釣った海の生物の名前を言うことができました。
They also had a blast singing and dancing the “Ebi Kani” dance and everyone’s favorite “The Baby Shark Dance”.
また、彼らは「エビカニ」ダンスや、お気に入りの「ベビーシャークダンス」を歌ったり踊ったりして大いに盛り上がりました。
This week, the kids enjoyed getting in the water on one of the sunny days. They enjoyed pouring water over their bodies and also to their friends. They got refreshed and cooled down their bodies and slept well at nap time.
今週、晴れた日には水遊びを楽しみました。自分の体やおともだちに水をかけたりして楽しんでいました。リフレッシュして体を冷やし、お昼寝の時間にはぐっすり眠ることができました。
We enjoy summer by doing the Ice cream dramatic play. The students learned to be communicators while doing it. First, we crumpled the newspaper to make a ball and wrapped it with the color of their favorite ice cream taste. Two kids pretended to be the ice cream shop staff and some friends pretended to be customers. They fall in line to have their favorite ice cream. They used the phrases ” Here you are”, and “Thank you” when they communicate with each other. We had a fun ice cream party when we got our orders.
アイスクリーム屋さんごっこをしながら夏を楽しみます。子ども達はこのごっこ遊びをしながら、コミュニケーションの取り方を学びました。まず、新聞紙をくしゃくしゃにしてボールを作り、好きなアイスクリームの味の色で包みました。2 人の子が店員になりきり、おともだちはお客さんになりきりました。好きなアイスクリームを食べるために列に並びます。「いらっしゃいませ」「はい、どうぞ」や「ありがとう」などのフレーズを使ってお互いにコミュニケーションを取りました。注文が届くと楽しいアイスクリーム パーティーが始まりました。
