Greetings to everyone!
皆様にご挨拶申し上げます
Yehey! Finally one of the most awaited events at ISN had come! This is also the event wherein everybody exerted so much effort to present a quality and entertaining presentation for their families. Everyone was so excited to showcase their talents and make their parents happy and proud!
イェーイ! ついにISNで最も待ち望まれていたイベントのひとつがやってきました このイベントは、家族の方のために質の高い、楽しいプレゼンテーションをするために、子どもたちみんながとても頑張ったイベントでもあります。自分たちの才能を其々発揮し、ご両親を喜ばせたり、誇りに思われるために、みんな大喜びでした。
This year, Canyon/Savanna students presented a play entitled “The Shoemaker and the Elves”. It was their first time to act, so our boys and girls felt nervous and shy even at the very first time of our practice. We are so glad that they were able to conquer their fears and develop self-confidence upon doing this presentation. On the Christmasshow, we all witnessed how good they are and how they did their best and we are so proud of them! You all did a great job, Canyon/Savanna!
今年、キャニオン／サバンナの子どもたちは「靴屋と小人たち」というタイトルの劇を発表しました。初めて演技をする子どもたちだったので、最初の練習から緊張と恥ずかしさでいっぱいでした。だけども、この発表会で、その不安を振り払い、自信を持つことができたことは、とても喜ばしいことです。昨日、私たちは、子どもたちがどれだけ優れていて、最善を尽くしたかを見ることができ、子どもたちをとても誇りに思いました。キャニオン/サバンナのみんな、本当に良くがんばりましたね。

保護者の皆様、衣装の準備やお子様の様子を見に来ていただき、本当にありがとうございました。子どもたちはとても喜んでいました。
Since Christmas is also coming soon, we started to make a Christmas craft which is a wreath. Students painted the circular cardboard with green to serve as the base of the wreath. To decorate it, they stuck the pine cones we collected last time from the park and different colors of yarn. At the end, they sprinkled colorful sequins all over the wreath. Look how nice these wreaths are!
クリスマスも近いということで、クリスマスクラフトのリース作りました。円形の厚紙に絵の具の緑色を塗り、リースの土台としました。その上に、前回公園で集めた松ぼっくりと色違いの毛糸を貼り付けました。最後に、色々な色のスパンコールを散らして完成です。素敵なリースができましたよ。
In Phonics, we reviewed all the lowercase letters that we previously learned and continued to learn and match letters Pp, Qq, Rr, and Ss. They also practiced writing both uppercase and lowercase Gg.
フォニックスでは、以前に学んだすべての小文字を復習し、引き続きPp、Qq、Rr、Ssの文字を学び、マッチングさせました。また、大文字と小文字のGgを書く練習もしました。
In Math, before we move to our next lesson, they completed a worksheet about AB Pattern. They all answered it well which shows that they have a good understanding of the lesson. Very good! To assess if they can now write numbers 1 to 5 independently, they also answered a worksheet wherein they had to count the pictures given and write the correct number in the box. Next time, we’ll be doing numbers 6 to 10.
さんすうでは、次のレッスンにの前に、ABパターンについてのワークシートを完成させました。みんな上手に答えられたので、授業の内容をとても理解していることがわかります。とても良いことです。また、1～5の数字を自分で書けるようになったかどうかを確認するために、渡された絵を数え、正しい数字をボックスに書き込むワークシートにも答えました。次は、6から10までの数字です。
Playing at the park is always exciting and fun for our boys and girls.
公園で遊ぶことは、男の子、女の子にとっていつも刺激的で楽しいことです。

寒くなってきて朝の支度が辛くなってきましたね。園ではお子さん達が自分の事は自分で。と頑張ってくれています。登園後の朝の支度がお子さん達でできる時間のゆとりを持っていただき登園していただけたらと思います。いつもご協力ありがとうございます。
