Hello everyone!!!✨
For this week’s UOI, we discussed our role in cleaning up our toys. We explained to our little ones each workstation such as: the library, kitchen, and blocks area. Also, we talked about each station’s rules.📝
みなさん、こんにちは。
今週のUOIでは、Canyonクラスの絵本コーナー、キッチンコーナー、ブロック＆パズルコーナーそれぞれの片付け方、遊び方について話し合いました。
📌LIBRARY
-Take off your shoes before you step on the mat;
-Be quiet;
-Read 1 book at a time;
-Be careful in turning the page of a book;
-Clean up the book nicely on the shelf;
-Do not play with cushions.
絵本コーナーのルールは、マットの上では靴を脱ぐ、静かにする、一冊ずつ読む、破れないように気をつけてページをめくる、きれいに片付ける、クッションでは遊ばないです。
公共の図書館でも使えるルールですね。
📌KITCHEN
-Put the kitchen toys in it’s proper basket;
-Fold the aprons nicely before putting it in the basket;
-Do not mix spoon & fork, plates and foods.
キッチンコーナーは、それぞれの絵カードが貼ってある場所に片付ける、エプロンや三角巾を畳んでしまう、スプーンやフォーク、お皿や食べ物など分けて片付けるです。
これは、お家でも実践出来そうですね。
📌BLOCKS AREA
-Take off the blocks one by one before putting it in the basket;
ブロックコーナーは、次に使いやすいように一つひとつバラバラにして片付けるです。
集団生活ならではの相手に対しての配慮ですね。
📌PUZZLES
-Play puzzles on the table;
-Do not mix all the puzzles in one basket.
パズルコーナーでは、テーブルの上で遊ぶ、他のパズルのピースと混ぜないです。
Aside from cleaning up the toys, we also learned our roles during and after lunch time. We asked some students to demonstrate the proper way of eating such as: sit nicely, put on apron, hold fork/chopsticks properly, don’t talk and play while eating, make a good plate (clean), clean up the plate in the container outside the classroom and put the left over foods in different container.🌟
ランチの食べ方についても話し合いました。きちんとイス座る、エプロンをつける、フォークや箸を正しく持つ、お喋りや遊ばないで食べる、お皿の上に食べカスがないようにキレイに食べる、お皿を自分で持って同じ食器がある所に重ねて片付けるです。３人の子ども達に前に出てきてもらい、おままごとセットを使って実践してもらいました。
Everybody loves our Music class!🎵 Our young ones loved dancing, singing, clapping their hands, and running around with the tune of the music. Let’s take a look at how did they enjoy our class!✨
今週のミュージックレッスンは、子ども達も内容がわかってきて大きな声で歌えたり、ピアノの音に合わせて走ったり止まったり、大きく歩いたり静かに歩いたりとより楽しむ事が出来ました。
Our fun-time never ends at the gym! We had a great time doing various exercises such as: running back and forth, dancing, crawling on the floor, walking like a duck, playing with hula hoop.🏃🏻♀🏃🏻♂
ジムレッスンでは、前や後ろに走ったり、アヒルやワニなどになりきって歩いたり、ダンス、フラフープを使って体を動かしました。
Safety first❗
This week, we conducted a Fire Drill. We explained the concept of “Fire”🔥 and we taught them the safety precautions such as follows:
-Do not push your friends
-Do not run
-Do not talk
-Do not come back in the building
-Cover your mouth

安全第一！今年度、初めての火事の避難訓練がありました。事前に子ども達に説明をして実際と同じベルの音を鳴らして避難をしました。お…押さない、は…走らない、し…喋らない、も…戻らない、て…手は口に。【おはしもて】を守って避難することが出来ました！
In our phonics and writing lesson, we discussed letter B and its sound. We watched an educational video to learn more words that begin with B. And then, we did “Where’s Letter B?” activity. They colored the objects that has letter B. This activity aims to assess student’s further learning about the alphabets. Good job!⭐
フォニックスとライティングレッスンでは、Ｂを学びました。身の回りのＢの音から始まる物を探したり学習映像からＢのつくものを真似して言ってみたりしました。Ｂを探して塗り絵も楽しみました。

スクール生活にも慣れてきて、友達と遊んだり自分の好きな遊びを見つけて楽しんだりと行動範囲が広くなってきました。来週もニコニコ笑顔で登園してきてくれる姿を楽しみにお待ちしています。
