Guess what??? We invited a GUEST to school!🤩
Guest speakers make the lessons interactive. Students are able to ask questions and receive answers that may not be available in a book or on a video. Adding a guest speaker is a productive way to help students get a clear understanding of the points the teacher is trying to highlight.🎤
皆さん、こんにちは！ 何だと思いますか？？？スクールにゲストをお招きしました！ゲストスピーカーのお話は、UOIのレッスンに相互作用をもたらしてくれます。 学生は質問をし、本やビデオでは得られない答えを得ることができるのです。 ゲスト スピーカーを招き、聴講することは、私達が推進している学習のポイントを生徒が、より明確に理解できるようにする良い方法です。
As part of our UOI lesson, the school invited a staff from JA to discuss more details about cows🐄. Though we already learned that cows give us milk and watched how we get milk from cows, it’s still best when we experience it in real life. Yes, Aurora students tried to milk a pretend cow from JA. We saw how gentle they were while milking the cow because they didn’t want to get it hurt. Everyone enjoyed the activity and was amazed by the milk that comes out from the cow. We also didn’t miss the chance to ask questions about cows. Our boys and girls asked if cows take a shower, what food they eat aside from grass, how many babies can they give birth at a time, if cows have a name like Sora-the cow in our class room, and if cows like Elsa because most of them love Elsa from the Frozen movie. They also learned a cow version of the “Hazimaruyo” song which they really enjoyed!😉 Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We learned a lot and we had so much fun!🥰
UOI のレッスンの一環として、 JA の方を招き、乳牛について詳しく話を伺いました。子ども達は、 牛が牛乳を与えてくれるを既に知っていて、搾乳の方法も見てきましたが、実際にそれを体験するのは最高です。オーロラの子ども達は 搾乳疑似体験を試みました。 牛を傷つけないようにと乳搾する子ども達に、彼らがどんなに優しいかを見ました。 みんな牛から出るミルクに驚き、とても楽しそうでした。 牛について質問する機会も逃しませんでした。 男の子と女の子は、牛はお風呂に入りますか、草以外に何を食べますか、一度に何匹の赤ちゃんを産むことができますか、牛はオーロラクラスの牛（Sora）のような名前がありますか、牛はエルサが好きですか（子ども達はアナと雪の女王の映画のエルサが大好きだからです）などと質問しました。 また、牛バージョンの「はじまるよ♪」の手遊び歌も楽しく習いました！ 素敵な体験をありがとうございました！ 私たちはたくさんのことを学び、とても楽しみました!
The most exciting part for them was drinking fresh milk!🥛Each of them were given a bottle of milk and drank on our snack time. Everybody said, “It’s yummy!” and they want more milk!😆
最も興奮したのは、新鮮な牛乳を飲むことでした! それぞれに牛乳が 1 本渡され、おやつの時間に飲みました。 みんなで「美味しい！」 そして彼らは「もっと欲しい！」と言いました!
The next day we had a short reflection of the cow milking experience and to share what they have learned from that experience. It’s good to know that they were able to answer the questions they asked from the guest speaker and other information they got. Great job, Aurora!🌟
翌日、搾乳体験について簡単に振り返り、その体験から学んだことを復習しました。 JAの方に質問したことや、その他の得られた情報についても答えることができました。いいぞ！ 頑張れオーロラ！
In Phonics, we had an assessment on letter names and sounds from A to N. So far, most of them did a fantastic job in reciting the letters and the sound it makes!👏
フォニックスでは、A から N までのアルファベットとその音の認識についての評価を行いました。
Our boys and girls also show lots of improvement in taking a walk to the park. Everybody is trying their best to follow the rules in walking safely on the road. Of course, playing at the playground is their reward for walking nicely. Most of them are becoming risk-takers and trying to climb up and down to the play structures they haven’t tried before. One student said, “Good idea!” when she figured out how to climb up the “pirate ship”. Good thinker!⭐
子ども達は、公園へ散歩に行く際、多くの成長を見せています。 みんなルールを守って、安全に道を歩こうとしています。 公園の遊具で遊ぶことは、きちんと歩いたご褒美ですね。 ほとんどの子が、リスクを試すようになり、今まで試したことのない遊具にも挑戦しようとしています。 ある学生が「海賊船」（船のような形の遊具）に登る方法を見つけた時「いいアイデアだ！」と言いました。 よく考えました!
