The Project started their journey into the new school year this week, now as two separate classes.
The A Class comprises students from grade 2 to grade 6 and will be exploring various computer software, hardware and related problems and further improving their English.
This week the students started learning about the basic concepts of programming languages and many different kinds of programming languages there are. They also started programming themselves using Scratch, one of the simpler languages. The students enjoyed using specific programming commands to create their own colours, patterns and characters and even explored several advanced commands by themselves. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

The Project（放課後英語プログラム）は、今週からワクワクな新年度が始まりました！放課後英語プログラムは、現在AとBの２クラスあり、Aクラスは、グレード２からグレード６の生徒がいます。様々なコンピューター・ソフトウェア、ハードウェアや関連の問題を探求しながら、英語を向上させていきます。
今週は、プログラミング言語の基本的な概念と多くの異なるプログラミング言語があることについて学び始めました。そして、実際に、Scratchを用いてプログラミングを始めました。児童達は、特定のコマンドを使用して独自の色やパターン、キャラクターを作ることを楽しんでいました！さらに、子供たち自身でいくつかの高度なコマンドを探求していました。みんな、それぞれ楽しんでいるようでした。来週も、新しい学びと楽しみがいっぱいのプロジェクトが待っています！
