This week in Shooting Star, we had a lot of fun learning!
1. Alphabet Game
In Shooting Star, there are 3 groups(Apple, Banana, and Strawberry) depend on their seating. The game is about team work! They need to help each other and cooperate to complete putting the alphabet letter cards in the correct order AND do it as fast as possible! This time Strawberry team won the game for finishing it within 2 minutes!
Everyone cheered the other teams saying “Go, go, Banana team! Go Go!” and even congratulated the winners by saying “Good job!” or “Congratulations, Strawberry team!” They are learning to be helpful and caring, which is such a lovely thing to see for the teachers 😉 Great job, Shooting Star!
シューティングスターでは席順で３つのグループに分かれています（アップル、バナナ、ストロベリー）。このゲームで勝つにはチームワークが必要です！バラバラになったアルファベットを正しい順番に、なるべく早く並べていくという、お友達と協力しあって行うゲーム。
今回はストロベリーさんが、2分以内に並べるという驚異の記録で見事一位となりました！ゲーム中、「ゴーゴー、バナナチーム！」という応援が他のグループから聞こえたり、「おめでとう！」という勝ったチームへの称賛の声が聞こえたり・・・。ゲームを通してチームで協力すること、お友達を思いやることなど学べているようです。そんな暖かい場面を見れる、とても幸せな瞬間です。みんな、頑張りましたね！
2. Pony Tail Game
This game is also about working together in a team! Ms Bon and Ms Ayako drew such a beautiful pony on a paper.
But… WHERE IS THE TAIL?!
So it is again for them to show off their team work!
Each group comes front and one student has eye-blinded with the pony’s tail in his/her hand. Other students need to tell him/her to move her hand to the “right”, “left”, “up”, or “down”.
And Ta Da!!! Is the tail on the right place?? Or is it on a place where it shouldn’t be??
It was very funny to watch and the children really loved the game!
こちらもまた、チームワークの見せ所です！ボン先生とあやこ先生が描いてくれたとっても可愛いポニー！けれど、肝心なしっぽがありません！？
一人のお友達が目隠しをし、そのお友達が持つお馬さんのしっぽを正しい場所に張り付けるという、これまた仲間の協力が大事です。子どもたちはしきりに「右、左、上、下！」と叫んで誘導します。なかなか、みんなの声が揃わず、目隠しをしたお友達も少し困りながら、なんとか・・・正しい場所に置けた・・・のでしょうか？？
これには、子どもたちはもちろん先生も大爆笑！
