This week, the first graders were very excited to put on their costumes for the photo shoot. We had it done at the school campus and at the park. They looked super cool with their costumes. Everyone is excited for our Lion 🦁 King play. We have practiced a lot this week remembering and using all the elements of play. After a week of practice, we made our reflection on how far we have gone so far.
After weeks of practicing hard for our play, we had a day of relaxation with Ms. Keiko. She is an artist and she came to share to us her expertise. After sharing her ideas and showing us the materials she used for paintings, she challenged us to draw a leaf 🍂 by copying the real autumn leaf that she provided for us.
