Happy Grandparents Day! (September 12-16)

Hello everyone,

Welcome to our blog.

Monday

It was perfect weather to stroll and play in the yard. Our youngsters walked nicely, holding the ring tightly, and raised their hands when crossing the road. When coming to school, we’re glad we still had time to play in the sandpit and ran around with friends.

Tuesday- Craft day

In celebration of the coming “Grandparents’ Day, our youngsters made a craft for their grandparents to show their love and gratitude. They made a handprint bunch of flowers and dipped their hands in different colors of paints for petals. They will bring them home this Friday and are excited to hand them to their grandparents.

Wednesday- Gym day

We started the lesson by stretching and doing exercises. In preparation for the fast-approaching event, our Sports Festival, our youngsters wore their actual costumes to be used on the day. They love wearing their superhero belts, ran to get their capes, and continued until they get their superhero wristbands. Then they charged their energy by throwing the balls into the box. Go, go, heroes!

A sad farewell

We did an advance celebration for one of the friends who will be moving abroad. She has been an amazing student and very sweet to her friends and teachers. It’s sad to see you go but we are wishing you the best of luck in the future. We cherish all the memories we had together. We love you!

Friday- Music class

Shape Detectives

As we go through our shape lesson, our youngsters enjoyed participating in the activities we did this week. We prepared magnifying glasses of shapes and we asked each student to find the shapes they can see in the classroom. They searched around and pointed to the shapes they saw.

Thank you for reading our blog. See you next week for another update. To dear parents, we are looking forward to seeing you with the kids on Sports Festival Day.

Have a nice weekend.
