Good day everyone. This week we talked more about buildings we live in for our UOI. We covered houses and the rooms inside, as well as apartments and hotels. In addition we are also constructing more buildings and making a map so that we can eventually build a town.
For writing we did some 3 letter words as well as the letter H. We also did more on the letter H for phonics. Our book for this week and next week is “Get the pets”.
We had lots of fun preparing for the sports festival in the gym, and in the afternoons all the students enjoy swimming in the hot weather. We hope everyone stay cool during this hot time and that our ill students recover quickly. Enjoy your weekend.
今週のIBのレッスンでは「住むための建物」についてさらに知識を深めました。家の中にはどんな部屋があってどんな物が置いてあるのかなど詳しく知り、その後家やアパートのクラフトを楽しみました。これから毎週カテゴリーにちなんだ建物をクラフトしていき、最終的に大きなMapを作ろうと思っています！おたのしみに♪
フォニックスでは「H」について学び、リーディングも順調です。みんな少しづつリーディングスキルが上がってきたように思います。
運動会の練習やプール遊びも先週に引き続き楽しんでいます♪
