We have only one week left until the Christmas performance. All of the students were very excited today to practice on the stage with all of the music and lights! Plus, the day ended with snow! They were thrilled!
In this classroom, we are building our understanding of stories and their order. We are slowly preparing our final assessment, which is to write our own story! We have created characters, settings, and problems to write about, or tell a story with pictures. Mr. Jimmy and Ms. Amy are looking forward to hearing what the students create. We are also working hard on patterns, and explaining what we build and draw. Using English to explain our ideas is helping us to be thinkers and build confidence in the English language.
