This week we made a craft for our Halloween party. Each class needs to make a Halloween themed craft for the party. Our first one is a bat. The students had so much fun making them. Since Halloween is coming up soon, we have been learning about some of the Halloween characters. We also have been talking about what everyone is going to dress up as. I can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes.
We’ve also been continuing our lessons about art, shapes, and sorting those shapes into different sizes and colors. Also this week we studied the letter U. We practiced writing the letter U with them during the medical check up this week.
The weather was not good on Thursday so we decided to play outside close to the school. It looked like it was going to rain so just to be safe, we played in the sand box and used chalk. The students had a lot of fun and were able to run around for a long time.
