This weeks UOI lessons have been so much fun! We had guest speakers come in and talk about the countries they are from. They learned about family roles in America, Ireland, China, Taiwan and the Philippines. Even the teachers were able to learn a lot from the parents that spoke.
今週のUOIレッスンは、本当に楽しく活動ができました。様々な国出身の保護者様がゲストスピーカーとして来てくださり、出身国について話をしていただきました。子供達は、アメリカ、アイルランド、中国、台湾、そしてフィリピンの国での家族と役割について学びました。子供達だけでは無く、先生達にとっても学ぶことが沢山ありました。
The students have enjoyed their regular activities as well. We had our second week of gym and this time the students used hula hoops. They had a lot of fun with them. We also went to the park but since the weather has been getting hotter, we are spending less time there and taking lots of tea breaks to make sure the students are well hydrated.
今週も、いつも通りの体育や音楽も楽しく活動ができました。体育再開から2回目の体育では、フラフープを使った活動をしました。また、引き続き公園へも徒歩にて行きました。気温が上昇してきた為、午前中に行き始めました。熱中症予防の為、公園での滞在時間を少し短くし、何回ものドリンクタイムを取り入れています。
