The Milky Way students have another fun week behind them.
The main event they have been preparing for was definitely the meeting with the parents they had on Thursday and the presentation they had to prepare for it. All the students shared their opinions on the Christmas show and their wishes for the next school year, as well as showing the artwork they did for the unit summative assessment, showcasing their ideas and emotions that they tried to portray through their art.
Even if some of the students, were a bit shy, everyone did very well and was especially excited to share the Christmas cards they made with their parents.
Since the students are no longer practicing their Christmas show performances, they have more time to do different crafts and other fun activities in the afternoons. On Friday, they made beautiful pink flamingos using pink paper, pink string and paper cups.
We look forward to this week`s fun as well, even though we will have shorter week because of the start of the Christmas holiday.
