We got new toys, such as stuffed toys, magnets, and a doll in Milky Way. The students really enjoyed playing with those new toys harmoniously and nicely this week. Also we got new carpet. The students were able to spend quiet morning time and relax more on it.
We’ve learned the sound of “igh” and “qu” this week in our language lesson. The students were asked to think of words including those sound of “igh” and “qu” at first. We were surprised that there were so many words having those sounds, such as light, lightning, right, might, bright, daylight, queen, quick, mosquito, quadrilateral (wow, big word!!) and more. Also they learned and practiced the spells for those words. They wrote them down on their language notes. Those were neat and nice!! MW students were really eager to learn new words all the time.
One of our everyday routine, brushing-teeth-time became stable lately. They sit in their chair nicely having their toothbrush in their hand, and they brush for 3-4minutes after lunch with music. We’d like to continue this nice habit in MW!!
ミルキーのクラスに、新しいオモチャがきました。縫いぐるみ、着せ替えマグネット、メルちゃんなどです。カーペットの上で仲良く落ち着いた雰囲気でみんな仲良く遊ぶ姿が今週は見られました。
今週のLanguageのクラスでは、“igh” と “qu”の音（フォニックス）を学びました。この音が入っている単語を皆で考え、沢山の言葉に含まれていることに気が付きました。light, lightning, right, might, bright, daylight, queen, quick, mosquito, quadrilateralのスペルも学び、その後ノートに書いて覚えました。皆とても丁寧に、きれいに書けました。
新しい言葉を学ぶことにとても意欲的なクラスです。
歯磨きの時間がしっかりと定着しています。毎日食後３－４分間は♪音楽に合わせてしっかり磨きます。これからも続けていきます！！
