Last week, our little ones made a colorful egg made up of paper dough for the Easter. This week, we played a very fun and exciting easter egg hunt! As part of our UOI lesson, we let our youngsters to choose their partner/s in playing the game. In Unit 1, we are learning about “Myself and the People Around Me”. This game was good for them to recognize their friends’ names. Well done, Aurora!
先週、オーロラの子ども達は、イースター（復活祭）にちなんで紙粘土でカラフルな卵を作りました。 今週はとても楽しく大興奮のイースターエッグハント（たまご狩りゲーム）をしました！ UOI レッスンの一環として、まずは一緒にゲームをするパートナーを選びました。（勿論一人参加でもOK！） 今、Unit 1では「自分と自分の周りの人々」について学んでいます。 このゲームはお友達の名前を認識するのに最適でした。 よく頑張ったね、オーロラ！
Aside from the egg hunting game, we also had a “coloring grouping activity”. This activity aims to develop the students’ fine motor skills and also related to our IB lesson. This talks about their favorite color/s and how is it different from their friends, and somehow letting the students to express themselves through coloring. Everyone enjoyed this activity well!
たまご狩りゲームの他に「ぬりえのグループ活動」も行いました。 この活動は、生徒の手先の運動能力を伸ばすことを目的としており、IB レッスンにも関連しています。 それぞれの好きな色や、それが他のお友達とどのように違うかについて話したり、ぬりえを通して自分自身を表現できるようにします。みんな、この活動をとても楽しんでいました！
Here’s a glimpse of our music lesson!
Our young ones did a great job in their first music lesson as Aurora students! It tested their listening skills in following instructions especially in using castanets. We also enjoyed singing and dancing to the tune of music.

子ども達はオーロラクラスでの初めてのミュージックレッスンで素晴らしい頑張りを見せました! 特にカスタネットを使った活動では、先生の指導に習って、聴く力が試されました（素晴らしい出来でした） また、音楽に合わせて歌ったり踊ったして楽しみました。
