Fevers affected some Milky Way students this week. Teacher, Miss Sayo, also fell ill. We all had to take extra care with hand washing, gargling and avoiding towel sharing. Unfortunately some students missed out on the swimming class they had eagerly awaited.
On Tuesday, the fire drill at 9:10 am went smoothly. All ISN students were congratulated for obeying their teachers and behaving safely. It was rainy outside so students were not required to venture into the car park.
During Thursday’s Sports Festival practise, Milky Way students demonstrated considerable preparedness for the September 22 event’s coordinated movements.
Discussion on the concept of responsibility, a current section of the IB program, began with reference to the students’ responsibilities in caring for their family pets. These animals include dogs, cats, rabbits , fish, tortoises, and beetles.
