Rainbow August 16-18, 2017

Hi Rainbow Parents!
We were very happy to see some of our dear little ones coming back to school from Obon Holiday. We are looking forward for a few more students to come back soon. It’s good to know that they enjoyed so much spending their time with their family. It’s a good experience worth keeping as they grow up.
For this week, we continued practicing the Mickey Mouse Dance, balls throwing and the race game. We also practiced the song, Zip A Dee Doo Dah, which we will be singing on the Sports Festival. Other songs that we sang this week were 12345 Once I Got A Fish Alive, What’s Your Name, Old MacDonald Had A Farm and The Phonics song. We reviewed the names of the Zoo Animals that we have been learning last week.
We also reviewed the names of the Sea Animals and we color them. Our toddlers are very good at remembering their names. Everyday, they can see the photos of the Sea Animals that we displayed on the wall.
Oh yes, they miss the park! They enjoyed a lot playing and running around. And some of them enjoyed drawing something on the ground. The park is a good place for them to develop their social skill and it gives them the opportunity to practice the rule in turn taking.
More fun-filled learning activities are coming next week.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
