This week we have continued to learn about our first line of inquiry: People work together in daily life.
We have read books about police officers, doctors, vets and chefs to learn more about how people work together. Our sports festival practice has been improving and children are starting to understand why teamwork is important for this.
In mathematics we have started learning about subtraction using counters and number lines as well as using our fact families knowledge.
Our writing lessons have continued to focus on rhyming by looking at different words and choosing a picture that rhymes.
Please remember that Fridays are music lessons as many students have been forgetting their pianicas.
This week is the last week for using the plastic pool. The children have enjoyed it a lot.
