Hello everyone!🤗 As early as the first week of October, Aurora class has been looking forward to the Halloween party. Finally the long wait is over. It’s Halloween! Thank you so much dear parents for your support and cooperation in all the events here at ISN. Our boys and girls were very happy for their cute and beautiful Halloween costumes. We really appreciate the effort and time you put into this celebration.🙇♀️
みなさんこんにちは。 10月に入ってから、オーロラクラスはハロウィンパーティーを心待ちにしていました。 そしてついにその日がやってきました。 ハロウィンです！ 保護者の皆様、ISN のイベントへのご支援とご協力をありがとうございます。 男の子も女の子も、かわいらしく美しいハロウィーンの衣装に大満足していました。このイベントに対するご尽力に感謝申し上げます。
Aside from fantastic costumes, we also had various games that each student had to play such as Shoot the Balls, Bowling, Ring Toss, Halloween Treasure Hunt, Whack a Ghost, and Craft corner. end of the program, we gave them their treats which made them the happiest! Happy Halloween!

In Phonics, we focused on learning about the letter Qq as in quiet, queen, quick, quail, question mark, and quarter. For this letter, we played a Letter Slap game. How to play? The students are lined up and played by twos and the teacher flips the card with letters written on it. When the target letter is flipped, the players have to slap the card as fast as they can. Another activity we did is identifying letter Qq through flashcards students would only stomp their feet When the teacher showed the target letter. If it’s not the letter Qq, they should not move or stomp their feet. Everybody was focused on doing the activities and showed that they could recognize and identify the letter Qq.
フォニックスでは、quiet（静かに）、queen（女王）、quick（早く）、quail（うずら）、question mark(疑問符)、quart (1/4) などの Q・q の学習しています。 このアルファベットでは「Letter Slap ゲーム」を行いました。 遊び方は・・ 生徒は2列に並び、2人人組で挑戦します。先生が裏返ったカードを開きます。プレイヤーは、できるだけ早くカードを見分け、それがQ/qのカードだった時は、手で叩きます。 私たちが行ったもう1つの活動は、フラッシュカードを使ってQ・qの文字を判別することです。子ども達は、先生が対象の文字（Q・q）を示した時にのみ、足を踏み鳴らします。 Q・q の文字でなければ、動いたり、足を踏み鳴らしたりしてはいけません。 全員が活動に集中し、文字 Q・q を認識して判別することができました。
In UOI, we continue to explore LOI2: Ways to communicate with others by doing facial expressions puzzles. Each student was given their own puzzle and while listening to a song they had to create the feelings being mentioned. as they move it right or left.
UOI では、LOI2: 表情パズルを使って他の人とコミュニケーションをとる方法の探求が続いています。 自分の顔パズルを与えられた子ども達は、音楽を聴きながら、その曲で歌われている感情をパズルで作成しました。
We also watched a video about feelings which focuses on the body language or actions we do when feeling something like “When I’m happy, I laugh. When I’m sad, I cry. When I’m angry, I stomp my feet. When I’m hungry, I eat.” Here’s the video…
また、「嬉しいときは笑う、悲しいときは泣く、怒ったときは足を踏み鳴らす」など、感情が動く時のボディー ランゲージや行動に焦点を当てたビデオも視聴しました。
On Thursday, we went to the park and collected some fallen leaves and acorns which we’ll be using in making crafts next week!🍂
木曜日は公園に行き、落ち葉やどんぐりを拾いました。次のクラフトではこれらを使って作品を作ります！
