AURORA’S BUS TRIP- Oct 10th-13th （オーロラのバストリップ） - ISN松本エリア｜インターナショナルスクールオブ長野（International School of Nagano）

Hi everyone!
This week was special because the Aurora class went on a bus trip! We went to a big park that we had never been to before. We enjoyed the season and scenery, and we picked up some dried leaves, caught some insects and baby frogs. Our youngsters also enjoyed playing on the wooden swing. After that, we had a picnic outside and enjoyed our delicious food while basking in the sun. It was a great experience for our little ones to explore nature, improve their mood, help them feel more relaxed, and improve their physical health.

こんにちは、みんさん！今週のオーロラクラスはバストリップのある特別な週を過ごしました！私たちは今まで行ったことのない大きな森林公園に行きました。枯れ葉を拾ったり、昆虫やカエルの赤ちゃんを捕まえたりして、季節や景色を楽しみました。木のブランコで楽しく遊んだりもしました。その後は外でピクニックをし、日光浴をしながら美味しい食事を楽しみました。子ども達にとって自然を探索し、気分をリフレッシュしたり、リラックスしたりすることは、体の健康促進に役立つ素晴らしい経験になりました。

In our UOI lesson, we started Unit 3 where we talked about “How We Express Ourselves.” This unit focuses on various emotional expressions and encourages our young ones to be risk-takers and try new things. Our youngsters learned various expressions such as excited, frustrated, cheeky, blue, delighted, etc. We also did a facial expression activity where our little ones showed their emotional expressions in different situations that their teachers cited. UOI のレッスンでは”How We Express Ourselves（私達は自分自身をどのように表現するか）”について考えるユニット 3 が始まりました。この単元では、さまざまな感情表現に焦点を当て、子ども達には新しいことに挑戦するリスクテーカーになってほしいと応援していきます。子ども達は、興奮、イライラ、ふざけ顔、沈んだ気持ち、喜びなど、様々な表現（表情と言葉）を学びました。また、先生が挙げた様々な状況で子ども達が感情表現を示す活動も行いました。（例：玩具で遊んでいたら、お友達が何も言わずに玩具を取ってしまった時、どんな気持ちになるかな？といった質問をいくつか投げかけました）よくできました！参考曲は下記リンクよりご確認ください。

As we start a new unit, we have new workstation activities! Our young ones are enjoying playing with pom-poms and chopsticks. They need to use the chopsticks to pick up the pom-poms and drop them into the container. We also have playdough feeling faces, where kids learn about a variety of emotions and how to identify them. They also work on fine motor skills by manipulating the playdough, increasing their hand strength and dexterity. Additionally, they learn about colors and shapes while forming different face shapes. Great job, Aurora!

新しいユニットのスタートに伴い、新しいワークステーション活動が始まりました。子ども達はお箸とポンポンを使って楽しく遊んでいます。 2本箸でポンポンを拾い、容器に入れます。また、子ども達が様々な感情とそれらを識別する方法を学ぶことができる遊び「感情の顔」もあります。粘土を使うことで手先の運動機能を鍛え、手の強さと器用さを向上させます。さらに、様々な顔を形成しながら、色や形についても学びます。すごいね！オーロラ！
